  1. Thank you staff for bringing this up. Everyday I strive to seek out new "telecommute" opportunities that are safe and stable for job seekers. It was really sad that these groups and companies prey on the job seekers knowing that they are in desperate need for help. I absolutely hate these type of companies.

Thank you again for alerting the public and keep up the good work!

  8. Dear Anonymous,
I am so sorry to hear that you were basically robbed from this company. I would contact a local lawyer or within that district of the company, plus report the crime. Honestly, they will question about your honesty and innocence of the matter, but it sounds to me you were victimized.

Always do your research extensively and make sure that you know the basis of your position. We wish you the best of luck on your case.

  11. Same here in the northern CA area. I've gotten pretty good at spotting these kinds of scams. There's been a recent rash of them on CL also for rentals - the scammers steal info and photos from legit websites, then make up their own ads with elaborate stories (like how you should provide information to them and to send money and "it's yours") and unreasonable prices - makes you think, "hey, here's a deal". Like I heard growing up, if it sounds too good to be true, it is. Sad to hear some folks are actually falling for the schemes...

  13. I just got an acceptance letter from these people. Fortunately I read it and it sounded fishy, I did an internet search and found your post on line. This is the third scam job offerI have received this week. I have found that if they offer you a job without an interviewm it is probably a good job offer to ignore.
